Explanation of Auditory system - Connection to cognition with treatment options

Dr. Erek Winnett, Au.D., owns and operates Alta View Audiology. Dr. Winnett graduated from the University of Utah in 2015 with a Doctorate of Audiology. He specializes in adult hearing diagnostics, amplification, balance, and electrophysiology. His capstone project involved occupational noise exposure, and how to set up a successful and safe noise management program. Dr. Winnett’s residency was with the SLC VA Medical Center, where he considered it an honor to have worked with our nation’s heroes daily. He later went on to open a community-based clinic for the VA Medical Center.
